Goa lost twice in the game to win an exciting 3-2 victory over Delhi Dynamo at a meeting of the Indian Super League this Thursday.
Bikramjit Singh's long-range strike put the champions in the sixth minute. It took almost 50 minutes and a change of goals for Goa to find the equalizer through Edu Bedia in the 54th minute.
However, Delhi violated the team's defense to go 2-1 with Lallianzuala Chhangte in the 70th minute. However, Brandon Fernandes and Edu found the back of the net in the 82nd and 89th minutes respectively to record full points for Gaurs.
Dynamos threw the first blood when Bikramjit took Adria Carmona's passage to the edge of the box and bent in a great shot in the upper left corner, leaving help to Deputy Guard Mohammad Nawaz. Ferran Corominas seemed hungry to score as he reached off as penalties for Francisco Dorronsoro as he advanced a pass to right at the right.
Jackichand Singh crossed the ball to the box on the left and Goa's top scorer bypasses the defenders in the box before pulling the trigger. Serrion Fernandes's ball from the back allowed Lenny Rodrigues to scratch the right hand and give a spasmodic ball to the goal that Dorronsoro's outstretched hands did not manage to meet. Jackichand Singh met the cross on the far field, but made his effort easier.
The increased pressure of FC Goa on Delhi's defense after the restart gave a well-placed equalizer in the 54th minute. An extraordinary accumulation saw Corominas releasing Mandar Rao Dessai in an open space on the left, and the perfect Indian cross in the central sphere came home from Edu.
The middle section of Goa took control of the game after the equalizer and the guests passed along to the third aggressor to worship the visitors to the defensive. However, the introduction of Mihelic gave Delhi renewed energy to the third aggressor. Delhi's obsession was rewarded with a second goal in the 70th minute. Mihalich's cross in the box was transferred to the Lallianzuala Chhangte path by Nandhakumar from the horizontal line. The young wing did not make any mistake from the close shot to get the visitors ahead.
Mihalic again threatened his cross, this time on the right. Chhangte tried to pull a head from the center of the box to guide the ball into the net, but failed to try Nawaz.
Lobera's response was to bring Brandon to Jackichand and the deputy pulled the hosts level in the 82nd minute. The Indian Wing took the Dessai pass into the center and defeated Dorronsoro with a powerful shot from the edge of the box.
Goa found the winner in the 89th minute when Boumous gave a pleasant free kick to the center with Edu going home.
