We take a moment to thank Manish Malhotra for Bollywood Magic for his birthday today

Manish Malhotra has been here for a long time, so much so that you can give him the credit to change the way Bollywood dressed on the screen. He made women wear bold outfits. changed the way the world's side makes women's dress. and honestly, it was a hell. They are BFFs with every celebrity you could imagine, and all of our peeps will give anything to dress up from him. Even not to start with our dressing expectations, because since we dressed Kareena Kapoor Khan for her weddings (because of the best friends privileges), we have dreamed of a Manish wedding.

Oh, and of course we should not forget about Mira Rajput for her wedding in the classic Manish Malhotra. Do we mention the wedding of Nikkina? Priyanka Chopra in a pastel blue cola-palazzo (with peculiar panels at the bottom of the foot) is basically the goddess of glam dulhaan duty.

The thing about Manish is that he is the designer of Bollywood. All beginners wear it alone, because if you're on his list – you've done it almost as a celebrity. Take Jahnvi Kapoor, for example, who does cover shoots in Manish couture and give us pictures that are pure gold. She and sister Khushi seem to be the modern muses for the director – making him look at his appearances, making all the state of the Swiss Alpine photograph and occasional parties together, because let's face it, they reign Bollywood's rights. In addition, the BFF list features Karan Johar, Kapoor sisters from both generations, Alia Bhatt and SRK from others.

His recent appearance featured Kiara Advani and Kartik Aryan as show-stoppers. Kareena recently attended an event that brought a white saree together with a sexy choli shimmery that blessed us with its existence. That's the thing – it's what it does best. It's what always made better.

Although he started his career with Juhu Chawla Swarg in 1990, his long break was Rangeella, in which he gave India the tradition of a modern woman – Urmila Matondkar who wore mini skirts with boots, knit yarn, and the red dress that can be almost the definition of the iconic silver screen. Then you have Dil Toh Pagal Hey, which is still considered athletic magic since 1997. and Rani Mukherji's silver dress from Kut Kut Hota Hai which is still in the wish list of every girl. It was a long walk and a great one to be honest.

So, today at his birthday, we want to thank Manish because he gave us some of the most iconic looks they have set, not just a generation – but a season.
